Gift certificate terms of use

1. The Parker-Russia.com electronic gift certificate (the "Certificate") is a non-personalised document consisting of an electronic message sent to the email address specified by the Buyer and a PIN code. The Certificate is activated and used when buying goods in the Parker-Russia.com online store and in the chain's retail stores listed on the "Store addresses" page of www.parker-russia.com and its subdomains.

2. Activating and/or using the Certificate means the Holder unconditionally accepts these rules. If the Certificate is passed to a third party (Holder), the Purchaser undertakes to inform the Holder of the "Rules for selling goods using an Electronic Gift Certificate

3. Funds paid by the Buyer are credited in full to the Certificate account. The face value can be any amount.

4. The Certificate can be bought on the website www.parker-russia.com. To buy one, the Buyer follows the steps on a dedicated page of www.parker-russia.com and fills in the required information. Any individual can own a Certificate.

5. The Certificate is paid for at the time of purchase by debiting a bank card or via e-wallets.

6. Within 1 day of payment, an electronic message with the Certificate is sent to the email address provided by the Purchaser. The Certificate contains the necessary details: face value, validity, number and PIN code.

7. An integral part of the Certificate is the PIN code, a 7-digit number shown on the Certificate.

8. The Certificate is activated within one working day after the Buyer pays for it. The Certificate is valid for a limited time: one year from activation.

9. Funds can be added to the Certificate only once, at the time of purchase. The amount paid by the Buyer equals the Certificate's face value and is an advance counted towards payment for goods. The advance is not refunded after the Certificate expires.

10. The Certificate is not personal: any individual presenting it can use it to buy goods in the Parker-Russia.com online store or in the chain's retail stores.

11. The prepaid amount shown on the Certificate may be used by the Holder once when buying Goods. If the goods chosen cost less than the face value, the remainder is forfeited. If the goods cost more than the face value, the difference is paid in cash or by bank card.

12. The Certificate can be used for purchases in the online store at www.parker-russia.com and in the chain's retail stores. To do so, the Holder enters the PIN code in the Promo code field on the checkout page, or, when collecting goods from any Parker-Russia.com store, gives the cashier the PIN code and number.

13. When paying for goods with the Certificate, the Holder receives a receipt confirming the purchase and the use of the whole prepaid amount. If an additional payment was made in cash or by bank card, a single receipt is issued for the full purchase, showing the Certificate transactions and the additional payment. Bonuses are credited on the additional payment amount.

14. The Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash at store tills.

15. Warranty service, exchange and return of defective goods bought with the Certificate are handled in the general manner provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

16. Parker-Russia.com is not liable for loss, theft or damage of the Certificate. A Certificate cannot be restored. Stores accepting the Certificate are not liable for its unauthorised use, since the Certificate is a bearer instrument (see clause 10 of these rules).

17. Certificate validity: 12 months from activation.
